This is a tough issue. Some people whom live in the same appartments are very close to being homeless. And where I used to work, there was a homeless camp there. I belive that most Oak Ridgers do not know, much less understand, that we have homeless living inside the city. Eric Sheptock is taking the right steps to solve this problem.
